If you have an EU-qualified electronic signature (QES), we can register a company remotely without your physical presence (no need to come to Riga in person). However, if you don't have an electronic signature and cannot come to Riga, it is still possible to register a company remotely by sending us the signed documents duly notarized and apostilled.

The price of a company (LLC) registration in Latvia is 900 EUR, which takes 3 business days.
This registration fee includes:
1. Preliminary consultation on the registration and a general overview of corporate income tax in Latvia;
2. Drafting of all the incorporation documents for the LLC;
3. All government fees and charges (for the company with share capital below 2,800 EUR);
4. Legal address and postal service during the year (optional);
5. Company registration in the Register of Enterprises;
6. Registration with the tax authorities in Latvia.
The registration fee does not include (if necessary):
Obtaining a European VAT number in Latvia - additional 250 EUR.
Obtaining an EORI number in Latvia - additional 100 EUR.
Apostille - additional 100 EUR.
Translation - according to the translator's rates, depending on the number of pages.
