We offer a fast and professional service to prepare all the necessary documents for establishing a limited liability company (LLC) in Latvia. A new company can be founded by one or more participants, whether individuals or legal entities of any tax residency. All you need to do is come up with a company name and send us the documents of the founders and board members.
We also offer the possibility of remote company registration in Latvia without the need for personal presence or traveling to Riga. All documents can be signed electronically or sent to us as certified forms.
If you have decided to establish a new LLC, contact us by filling out the form or calling us for an online meeting. Once we receive your request, we will send you a list of required registration documents. The documents prepared by us will be sent to your email for signing and notarization, or they can be collected at our office or sent by mail—whichever is more convenient for you.
